What You’ll Do

  • Work safety - risk assessments, training records and certification tracking, incident documentation, liaison with EHS, and the authority to stop unsafe work

  • Quality management - logbooks, calibration and maintenance records, audit preparation and response

  • Order management - purchasing, inventory and stock levels

  • Budget overview - tracking spend against plan, flagging variance early enough to act

  • Device responsibility - maintenance and calibration schedules, and equipment lifecycle planning

  • Documentation standards - strengthening how work is recorded across the department

What You Bring

  • Completed education in a life science discipline and practical experience in a laboratory environment

  • Organised and self-directed

  • Experience with quality management, structured documentation or regulatory compliance

  • The confidence to challenge established practice and grow in exciting projects within a team

  • Accuracy & commitment, paired with the spirit to work collaboratively in a team

  • Excellent command of English; German language skills are advantageous

  • A big nice to have: Safety representative (Sicherheitsvertrauensperson, SVP)

Compensation

For this position, we offer a market-competitive minimum annual gross salary of EUR 47.220 based on full-time employment, which is above the applicable collective agreement minimum salary. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
