What You’ll Do
Solution preparation - buffers, media and samples prepared to defined recipes and specifications
Sample processing & workup - filtration, concentration and in-process quality control, as well as pre- and post-processing of materials of protein purification runs
Stock and order management - consumable inventory, reorder points and supplier ordering
Accurate, traceable and contemporaneous records of every experiment
Equipment support - routine maintenance, troubleshooting and instrument uptime
Process optimization - improvement and validation of established laboratory methods
What You Bring
Completed education (HTL, Kolleg Rosensteingasse or equivalent) with a strong laboratory background
Accuracy as well as the commitment to work in a motivated team
Excellent command of English; German language skills are advantageous
Motivation to grow in exciting projects within a team and the ability to work and report independently
Nice to have: Practical experience with extract preparation methods (lab- and pilot-scale)
Compensation
For this position, we offer a market-competitive minimum annual gross salary of EUR 47.220 based on full-time employment, which is above the applicable collective agreement minimum salary. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
