We need you for:

  • Driving international recruiting activities, including active sourcing and managing the end-to-end recruitment process up to onboarding

  • Continuously optimizing recruiting strategies, sourcing channels, and candidate experience (incl. professional rejection management)

  • Acting as a sparring partner for hiring managers and advising on recruiting needs and HR-related topics

  • Managing HR processes along the employee lifecycle and ensuring compliant administration

  • Preparing employment contracts, amendments, and HR documentation in line with Austrian labor law and collective agreements

  • Contributing to People & Culture initiatives such as employer branding and process improvements

Your profile:

  • Completed education in Human Resources or a related field

  • ~5 years of professional experience in HR with a strong focus on recruiting

  • Solid knowledge of Austrian labor law and experience in contract preparation and HR administration

  • Passion for recruiting and guiding candidates through the hiring process

  • Structured, proactive working style with strong communication skills

  • Good command of digital tools; HR systems experience is a plus

  • Professional fluency in German and English

  • Team-oriented, committed, and eager to learn
