Regional Commercial Manager (m/f/x) South Italy

We need you for:

  • Representing MADx at conferences

  • Timely resolving problems and handling complaints

  • Monitoring and reporting of sales performance

  • Establishing best practices and providing innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience

  • Taking full commercial responsibility for the South Italy region

  • Building, structuring and further developing the local sales setup

  • Driving market development and growth in a largely independent commercial role

Your profile:

  • Education in a scientific and/or commercial field

  • Experience in a lab-environment is of advantage

  • Based in Italy (ideally Central or Southern Italy) with readiness to travel within the region

  • Proven experience in a senior commercial or sales role with ownership of a territory or market

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare/pharma/diagnostics sector

  • Enthusiasm for solving client-related matters, accuracy and an innovative mindset

  • Proactive mindset and a team player

  • Fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus

We offer a competitive, market-aligned salary. Your individual compensation will be based on your experience and qualifications. For Sales Roles, there is also a competitive yearly bonus that will be defined for each year.
