Your main responsibilities:

  • Provide operational sales support across multiple markets (Central & Eastern Europe, Nordics, and DACH)

  • Coordinate and monitor order handling and delivery processes

  • Support invoicing processes and follow up on open payments

  • Prepare and support public tender procurement and tender processes, including documentation and internal coordination

  • Communicate directly with customers regarding orders and requests

  • Support Sales Managers with documentation, presentations, and follow-ups

  • Ensure availability and alignment of sales and marketing materials

Your profile:

  • Fluent in English and German; Czech is a strong plus

  • Based in Vienna

  • Experience in a sales support, commercial operations, or similar role

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks across markets

  • High attention to detail, especially for documentation, orders, and invoicing

  • Excellent communication skills, including customer and stakeholder interaction

  • Familiarity with public procurement processes is an advantage but not mandatory

  • Background in the medical field and experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) are a plus

  • Collaborative and proactive working style with a customer-oriented mindset
