We need you for:
- Operational management of the Coupling team within production department
- Coupling proteins on nanoparticles according to defined manufacturing instructions
- The technical management, motivation and training of employees in the coupling team
- Planning and coordinating coupling orders and evaluating product quality
- Operating, maintaining and servicing production equipment (?)
- Working closely with R&D on special projects (R&D and custom arrays)
- Documenting all work steps in accordance with GDP and ISO 13485
- Creating and maintaining department-specific QM documents and training materials
- Active involvement in the design of process improvements in production
Your profile:
- Completed chemical-technical or scientific training
- Sound laboratory experience
- Basic technical understanding and high level of accuracy in your work
- Experience with routine work in a regulated environment (ISO 13485)
- Experience in the technical management and motivation of employees
